Here's some steps as following, by which you can delete your Instagram account.

Log in to Instagram: You must be logged into your account on the Instagram app or website.

Visit the Account Deletion Page: Go to the Instagram account deletion page directly. You can find it here: [Delete Your Account].

Select a Reason for Deletion: From the drop down menu, choose the reason why you want to delete your account.

Re-enter Your Password: After selecting a reason, you'll need to enter your password again for security purposes.

Delete Your Account: Click on the "Permanently delete my account" button.

Note:
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your photos, comments, likes, and followers will be removed. If you just want to take a break, consider temporarily disabling your account instead. You can do this from your profile settings.
